  1. Ability to create a custom usage type. I have employees coming to the office going directly to meeting rooms and have no need to book a desk. But I need them to be able to book some kind of space in order to complete the Health Check. I'd rather they not book Hotel Desks when they're going to be sitting in meeting rooms all day. This will also be a good feature for people who are coming in for Social Events.

  3. Keeping distance when booking desks.
    If an employee reserves a desk, all those that are too close will be excluded from the reservation.
    Or you can't reserve a desk close to the primary seat - distance must be kept.
    Possibility to select the area in which we want to apply the setting.

  5. Ideally we need to be able to raise the check in time to 72 hours and to have a separate time option for health status reminders. This will allow for a health status/check in to be completed on a Friday for a Monday booking. Having a separate time option to send for employee notifications for health status reminders will also ensure notifications are received in a timely manner as with the current settings with 72 hours before booking time if a whole working week booking is made then on a Saturday a notification email is sent for a Tuesday booking…

  6. The global default setting for hotel reservations is set for all of our buildings world wide. A department can reserve within their department only or the reservations can be made anywhere for any hotel space by anyone who has SIQ access. I would like a feature to set this default floor by floor in our buildings. Different floors/buildings or locations have different access requirements

  7. It would be great to have some visual signage that can link to Space IQ app so that when an employee comes to the office in an area, they can see a green light on hotel desks available and maybe just scan the desk/QR and it reserves in the app. Similar to lights in parking lots when looking for a space

  10. Create a dashboard with the list of offices and their respective location. Currently, when you log into SiQ you will be taken to the floor plan where you are assigned.
    The dashboard will give an overall perspective of the locations and allow the user to choose the required office floor plans.

  12. Currently the Slack app only allows you to search for people or desks. You also have to check in using email notifications or the mobile app. I'd love to manage my bookings or at least be able to confirm a booking through Slack.

  13. Create email alerts upon hotel bookings to specific DLs. For example, those bookings done out of hours for the next day will alert HouseKeeping by email so that the desk can be prepared the next morning before staff arrival time. Creating and sending a report for this cannot be done due to out of hours.

  16. We would like to be able to provide our front of house security contractors a unique URL for each office for viewing the hoteling reservations for the day and user status (name, desk/room, checked in)

  17. Client is looking for check - functionality based around softphone logins. Once a client reserves a desk, they would want to be able to "check-in" to the space by logging into their phone - they would also want this to be something that is searchable by the admins or employees when looking for where an employee sits on the floor by searching for their extensions

  18. We need the ability to set capacity percentages by office or by floor, not for the whole portfolio as it is currently.

    This is especially important as we begin opening offices back up, as not offices will open all at once, and we'll need to scale up or down the capacity rate on a per-office level.

  19. Similar to the mobile app where the only option for employees on the web app is to book a desk/meeting room.
    This will be beneficial to employers that are using a strictly hoteling policy as it creates extra steps for employees to book a desk. This should be a setting in the Desk Booking Settings that could be disabled when the business needs change.

  20. A integration with Sequoia for the employee health check. It would be great if it could be completed within SiQ or at least redirected to Sequoia and then back to SiQ.
