Out of order desk for specific time/day
Please implement the possibility of turning off the desk for a specific day or period of time.
For example:
we can reserve desks 14 days in advance, but we need to do extra work on this desk and we need to exclude them from booking for 2 days only. how we can do that2 votes -

Who's in the office - Manager View
A Manager who has a large team, all use hoteling stations, would like to easily see who from their team is in the building that day without having to go to each floor to see who is booked.
Alternatively, it could be a list of all hotel bookings for a building for any calendar day. They could scroll through the list.

Visibility of who booked a hoteling desk.

Awesome solution!
Perhaps the tables that are booked can have visibility of who booked it and times they were booked.
Right now, there seems to be a bug where tables appear booked but the are free after you click over and over again.

Be able to create separate time schedule for different hotel stations
Be able to create separate time schedule for different hotel stations in different areas of the company. We have MFG personnel that start at 0600, but other office employees that start at 0900. If we set to book for all day only, the office personnel get cancelled by 0800 if they do not check in.

Allow check-in via SMS link.
Instead of an email with the Check-in link, allow users to put in a mobile phone#. Send the 'It's Time To Check In' message via SMS with a link the user can use to check in that way. This way users won't have to go all the way into email their mobile devices (which requires multiple authentication steps) if they're running late and need to check in (something that actually happened to my boss this morning when he was delayed at a doctor's visit).

Ability for both web viewer or app to see assignments or booked desks.
We have hybrid/flexible options where some employees will book desks and some have assigned desk. It would be nice in both the web viewer and app that all employees could see who is at assigned desks and who has booked desks.

Kiosk Check In
Allow staff to check in via a Kiosk screen. Not all staff can access a computer and do not wish to download work related apps to their personal phones

Allow other bookings settings to be set by location such as booking restrictions
Currently if one part of the company in one location is only using workplace groups to restrict but another location is using departments I have to use logic which does not work for my whole organization to use SiQ. As a local admin I want the ability to restrict hotel desk usage to local settings.

Select Hours
Let users select specific times when reserving a desk. Currently I can only reserve a desk for 8am-5pm which is not my work schedule.

Remove "Cancel Booking" from the check-in email
As an admin I would like the ability to be able to remove the cancel link from the check-in email. This can be confusing to end-users and as an organization I would like to be able to decide if it is appropriate or not to have it.
