  1. When booking reoccurring bookings the system automatically selects the weekends as well. It would be great to restrict hoteling to Monday - Friday.

  2. Add a cancel booking on the email that is sent one day prior to booked desk. The cancel option is available on the email received on the day of the booking,

  3. show an outline or watermark type background of neighborhoods and workplace groups in the employee booking view.

    This would allow admins to keep an open seating plan and employees could book desks in other neighborhoods if they needed to collaborate.

  4. Currently if you book a Hoteling desk, update your phone calendar and then cancel the booking, the phone calendar is not updated to reflect this cancellation.

  5. Allowing those with a permanent/dedicated office to opt-out based on their in-office schedule. (i.e. RC has a permanent office in the 20th floor, Toronto office. She knows that she will be working from this office on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday next week, so she could put her office on the system for booking by others on Thursday and Friday).

  7. Create an alert or a report that shows when all of the hoteling workstations are booked. Meaning, that when all of the hotel workstations are booked at 100% capacity for the day and there are no more open seats available, that an alert pops up indicating no availability.

  8. When a Hotel Desk is changed to a Primary Seat, could the system then send out a notice to any future reservations that they will need to find another seat within the facility, as that one has changed usage.

  10. For those employees with assigned seats, there should be a space where their manager or someone else can designate their schedule if they are hybrid. We have desks where they have two people assigned to it, we should be able to identify the days each person is coming into the office. And also for those desks, assigned to a single person, their schedule could be listed so their desk could be assigned out on non-scheduled days.

  12. We'd like to be able to add a hyperlink in a “Company-wide health check” message to make it more aesthetically pleasing, rather than entering the full URL. A hyperlink can redirect users to the specific company rules during the Covad-19 time.

  13. Option- 1: When you click on a desk to book, the past days are grayed out.
    Option- 2 : If you click on the top option to book a desk, the past days are not grayed out.

    Maintain uniformity to avoid confusion.

  15. We are creating focus rooms, that will need to be booked, but without the employee having to cancel their current desk reservation if they need to pop into a focus room for 30 minutes to an hour. So, a new usage type would be appreciated. Currently we have to allow unlimited desk bookings to enable this, which is far from ideal.

  16. We would like to be able to send custom notifications to all or a subset of users with a confirmation button.

    For example within California employers must notify employees within 48 hours of a potential COVID exposure. It would be helpful if we could push these notifications to users of the mobile app.

  17. The ability to define certain desks as hourly only and other desks as all day only.

    The hourly desks could be used for cafe/kitchen or more transient areas where people are expected to come and go regularly.
    The all day reservations would be designated as focus areas.

    For the cafe use case, an employee should be able to have an all day reservation and still book an hourly seat in the cafe.
