  3. Have the ability to run a daily report that shows all hoteling desks, what's available, which are reserved, who reserved it and who it was reserved for. This gives the receptionists an easy way to determine what is open/reserved on each floor in one report.

  4. There is nothing showing that neighborhoods are in the occupancy report but their inflated capacity gives false information about what seats I have available thus skewing the reporting.

  5. Our IT would need access to pulling reports to see who is on site etc certain days. Is there a way for this to be added under the IT role rather than making them a location admin etc

  6. Would love to see an option to filter by date range and specific name when searching and only have that one result come up. Currently, you don't have this function so when auditing, the only way to do this is to download first, go to excel, and filter by name. It would be nice if all of these were available tools/actions on your platform on demand.

    1. When filtering on "Location", allow option to select floor like you can in the Hotel Desk Booking Report. Currently you can only select a whole building.

    2. When filtering on "Department", add a "select all" option so I can easily select all departments and deselect the small # I want to exclude. (Our reasoning: we want to see booking data for employees that are not office-dependant aka Facilities, IT, Physical Security so would deselect those three depts)

    3. Show Total # of bookings count somewhere, perhaps under the graphs and above the list of bookings. Currently I have no idea how many…
