In Spain, where our office is, people uses their middle name as 'last' name, for example, Spain's President's full name is Pedro Sanchez Perez-Castejon, so correct way to call him would be only 'Pedro Sanchez'. That being said, I think there should be a way to identify the employees with the structure they actually use and avoid misunderstandings.
