Add booking blocks
Add the ability to block off certain days for desk bookings office wide, floor wide, and/or company wide.
Ex: construction on a floor, company holiday, special event in an office

As we are a 100% hoteling office worldwide, we really need the ability to block off dates and/or times where bookings are not available. Especially as we are approaching the busy holiday season- we need to be able to control when bookings cannot take place.
