Allow employee name search by their preferred name
Often employees go by a different name compared to their legal (HR) name. Allowing the search by preferred name will go a long way in locating people. Not everyone knows someone's legal name or their e-mail address.

This is a big issue for our company as well since we are transitioning from an internal map system to SIQ, and our company displays/lets you search by "Nickname"/preferred name, so many do not know their co-workers by their legal first name sometimes. Since we cannot edit names from the AD sync, it's not possible to even add the nickname in parenthesis at this point either.
