Set Capacity Limits
Define capacity limits as a percentage and apply these to individual buildings so that once the capacity was reached no more hoteling desks would be available.
ie. Floor A has 10 desks and would like 50% capacity. Once 5 employees booked, bookings would be shutdown for the day.
This would allow admins to configure all of their desks as hoteling and change the percentage rather than adding/removing the number of available desks.
