Grey out UNAVAILABLE on hotel desk calendar to avoid 4 clicks to failure and avoid or update "some changes could not be saved" error.
Steps to reproduce:
1.click on hotel desk icon
2. select BOOK DATE to display calendar
3. select desired date for reservation
4. click get sad error message saying some of my changes could not be saved.
5. hit CLOSE to close that error window and repeat until you find a day that that desk is available.
If the 4 click to failure is acceptable, then please change the error message to be clear and say "Desk is reserved, please try another date.
This workaround assumes the user will be willing to hunt and peck multiple days and encounter the error multiple times, which may be a design oversight.
