waitlist for floors that are booked out
Provide a waitlist option for staff to put themselves on for floors that have booked out. Have the system send them an email/notification when a desk becomes available on the floor and date they need a booking.

Particulary important in the current environmentfor DCCEEW as we have accommodation that books out regularly.
