Alert Reception of attending different building
If a staff member books into an office that isn't their home office, a notice can be given to reception the day before the guest attending. That way they will be registered to the office for the day in the event of an evacuation, and the reception can have access badges for them and make required arrangements. This would be particularly useful for offices where we do not control the entry. We can alert third party of guest attendance and allow ease of check-in. Not all offices will require it, but could be a report that could be auto-generated and sent to the receptions as required.
