Meeting Spaces - Remove 'Reservation Assist' if Room Reservations is not enabled
Users that do not have room reservations enabled do not require the reservation assist feature in the spaces list.
This can cause confusion with end users thinking that rooms can be reserved because there is a reservation assistant.

Engage has been updated to remove the Reservation Assist for rooms, spaces and desks if the Engage user doesn't have permission to book the space.
