Ability to 'Check In' directly from the concierge page
Currently the check-in feature is not obvious and requires the user to navigate into the My Bookings to check in.
It would be great if it was made more obvious to the user that they could check in by perhaps adding a banner on the concierge menu prompting them to Check In Now. If they could check in directly from that page without being redirected to the My Bookings would be ideal.
This would reduce clicks and make the check-in process more seamless and user friendly.

The Engage Check-In email does have the ability to take you directly to a screen to check-in by clicking their CHECK-IN link. However, the CANCEL LINK , only takes you to the concierge menu, and you must go into bookings, find your reservation, and click on the trash bin to cancel your reservation. It's not nearly as user-friendly as the check-in link

Agree. Furthermore, when clicking on the notification on your mobile device, it should take you directly to the screen to 'Check in'
