An enhancement has been delivered to Engage which automatically cancels future reservations for employees when they leave.

Hey team!
It would be great to have future reservations made by employees no longer in the system automatically cancelled. This will save time on performing manual checks and reduces the chance of impacting our Engage users by making available desks that might otherwise be shown as booked by staff no longer present.
To avoid disruption to staff that the space was booked on behalf of by an employee no longer in the organisation, this may have to be a rule for cases where the 'organiser' and 'booked for' match.
