System Admin Audit Trail of Bookings
As the VBS only shows limited bookings (today and 4 days in the future) and users can make bookings at any time, I want to be able to view an audit trail on bookings.
I'd like to see a report with
- when a booking was made
- who made the booking
- when a booking was cancelled
- who cancelled the booking
This will also be important if we are able to book on behalf of others in the future.

Serraview Insights offers a number of dashboards which provide the full details on booking history in Engage booking data and other activity sources.
