  3. Give users the option to push the move ticket to an associated calendar (either a shared calendar for the whole organization, or a different calendar for each building). This would create a new meeting event on the related calendar with the relevant ticket information included in the meeting description. This would help clients communicate with the move team, as well as have a better understanding of how upcoming moves are currently scheduled. We should support Exchange and Gcal, just like with reservations.

  5. As Business Accommodation Managers, we receive Service Requests that are for various sites around the country. As each site is managed by different Managers, Service Requests that are for multiple sites need to be separate from each other for Business Accommodation Managers to manage and action accordingly.

    This involves manually creating service requests that are exactly the same as the original to ensure the manager looking after the relevant sites in the original request can be notified of a Service Request being submitted for them.

    I am requesting a copy feature of the Service Request that simply copies the original…

  6. As a client admin,
    I want to be able to restrict permissions for our Space Planners
    So that they will only have access to Service Requests they create, or are otherwise assigned to.

    Currently, users who have the secured action Service Requests - Access are able to view and edit all SRs, regardless of the creator/assignee.

  9. Ability to automate approvals for move workflows based on predefined criteria (to support self moves, moves to free address neighborhoods or zones)

  12. Please add a configuration option to allow Service Request Assignees to default to building level instead of region level (which is what it is currently).

  14. Currently it is possible to restrict the 'Required by' date input on a Service Request form so that dates are not allowed under a certain lead time. It would also be helpful to block off requesting dates that the MAC team will not accomodate, such as if they only perform moves on certain days of the week (e.g. Mon/Wed/Fri).

  15. When clicking on "mine" only those I've created show in my list. We should be able to view "all" requests where our names are assigned
