Shared Allocation in VBS Enhancements
Enhancements to the way shared allocations are displayed and assigned in the VBS
- Using two colours or a seperate color to show desks with shared allocation
- Allowing bulk update to shared allocation

yes, this would be super helpful. Something I would like to suggest is also maybe a copy properties icon/button where you can select a shared location and copy and paste those properties onto other spaces

Shared allocation currently does not count as having an ORG unit assigned to enable the retention status field. This means we cannot use retention on any space that is split with multiple teams. Please add in the ability for shared allocation inputs to trigger the field availability for retention

I think this would be extremely helpful as it will save extremely valuable time as its extremely common to find shared allocations on a lot of the clients we work with

Build in the ability to bulk allocate shared allocation. Either with an import or with the bulk updater tool. Or by painting onto the floorplan! We have multiple clients that use shared allocation as a standard and having to manually do every single space is very onerous.
