Service Request Home Page View

Is it possible on the below screen shot attachment to add a column so we can see who the requester is? It would save a lot of time if this was easily viewable rather then viewing each one individually – I know we can use the search function but I feel adjusting the below is better.

    In addition to the requestor name, the move from/to location should also be visible, or be able to be customized, on the home page. Currently, to assign someone to the request, each one must be opened and reviewed, which wastes time.
