Auto Assignment of Spaces
When I add a person to a space, the system should automatically assign that space to the person's cost center - particularly within Workplace.

Perhaps this is a configuration item with separate config for VBS versus Workplace?

Or even a restriction in the system to not be able to assign a person or retention status to a desk within Workplace without first allocating it to a Cost Centre.

This improvement could go further to check person's cost centre to any matching teams on that floor or their Manager's location, if available.
