  1. The parts inventory has the ability to refer to a security group “PO APPROVER" so that parts generated in a PO are automatically approved and where the role doesn't have the security group doesn't have the “PO APPROVER" then these parts when requested as PO start off as a status of 'Requested'. This would the intended design of the product but the '%' security group often seems to be needed for power users and areas like the workplace portal.     1. Reorder the list of 'Completed' work requests via the maintenance console to place transactions with pending verification steps at the top, enabling users to view and prioritize tasks more efficiently

    2. Allow users to apply advanced filters to completed work requests in the maintenance console, specifically to view only those already verified by the maintenance supervisor

  3. Tie Maintenance costs into the cost module so that they can be tracked against Invoices and payments. I believe this is the case for project costs currently.

  4. Provide the ability to edit Labor hours of an archived work request that missed the check and balance step. Or add some logic that won't allow such a large error to be closed. If actual labor hours > X then don't allow the request to be closed where X is configurable.

  5. Ability to "AutoReject" work requests based on the parameters set in the SLA.
    For example: problem type cleaning is offered at Location A but not Location B. If a user submits a request for cleaning at Location A, the SLA routes it to be actioned further. If the user submits a request for cleaning at Location B, then SLA rejects the work and notifies the user that the service is not offered at this location.

  6. I would love for the TIME MANAGEMENT - EDIT, INPUT & APPROVE page to have lines/different colours/something to distinguish the different days. Often I have to scroll down and over to get a full picture of the information and I get lost as to which day column I'm in. (Please see photo for an example) Also, having the Day/Date bar move down with you as you scroll would be ideal.

  7. Sometimes a short video helps better identifying the nature of the problem than a picture, and thus assigning a proper priority or work team.
    Of course the size/duration of the video should be restricted to avoid large files to be uploaded to the database.
    Certainly useful in OnSite for technicians to better document incidents, might be also useful in the Workplace portal but with a lower priority

  8. It would be good to be able to trigger an SLA based on the Room Category/Type.

    Use Case: if the WR is located in a lab (Room Type), I want a specific SLA to be used (one that notify the Lab Manager or require some approvals, for example).

  9. Is it possible to auto-select the “Early Morning (from 12:00am to 7:30am)” priority when the time requested falls under the 12:00am to 7:30am service window?

  10. Link CF calendar/availability to PM forecast. Currently when CF is in leave and a PM is forecast the SLA/Forecast does not look at the Calander to calculate due date. Put option in SLA to take into consideration the CF calendar eve n though the PM may be a fixed PM

  12. When using the 'Define PM Schedules' sometimes it is not possible to view all the Equipment-Procedure pairs, even after using the filters above. This means there are procedures the user can't schedule because they are never shown.

    Some way for the user to be able to access all registers matching the filter (for example, paginating the grid) would be useful.

  13. Archibus should allow the creation of status in the configuration and a way to map process (approve, estimate, plan) to status. We found out that the number of status is limited if you want to track specific questions such as:
    - differentiate between request that are waiting for planning that the one being planned
    - differentiate between request waiting to be processed by a craft and a request being processed, a request processed but not verified by the supervisor

    Also we have custom needs for billing and there is no way to create a status for this.

  14. When selecting a year for generating e.g. the problem type report, it is apparently possible to only select a year for the "Calendar Year" option.

    Apparently, there is no way to select a year for the "Fiscal Year" option, because the Pulldown is right next to the Calendar Year option.

    However, the pulldown refers to both and should be arranged differently.

  15. Building Ops - Maintenance Console - Work Request - Documents and Activity - Additional Document and Activity.

    When a WR is at requested stage there is a list of users that are able to take action on the request (approve and estimate). Once the WR is issued the users that did not take action should be either hidden from the view or removed from the activity log.   16. Building Operation Maintenance Console - Actions button field Auto size to the amount of action buttons shown on the users view. Where there is one button shrink field size to suite. This gives more real estate availability. The same for date Work requested column. It needs to be made small by wrapping the header.

  17. Develop a tool or task within Web Central that could bulk upload the PM task and PM schedule. I think it would be helpful than doing it one by one. The user will have an option to bulk upload or record it one by one. The tool will just have two simple steps for example - just upload schedule and task. And then the tool will auto populate the tables necessary for successful WO generation. Maybe a template file would be necessary for task and schedule.

  18. In Maintenance Console, the Status field heading is not displayed because the default grouping is by Status. If you change the display to group by another field such as Building, then you must manually add the Status field heading under Select Fields to view the status in Maintenance Console. However, once you exit Maintenance Console, the Status field heading is reset to not display by default.  

    It would be nice if the Status field heading remained even after leaving Maintenance Console.

  19. Background function – When PM are auto generated via Service Level Agreement, the Craftsperson assigned and work requested assigned dates are generated by a calculation from the Date to first do on the PMS table.

    The Craftsperson assigned and work requested assigned Time is generated by the Service Window on the SLA and the time is defaulted to the earliest start time on the Service level agreement.

    Problem
    When there are multiple PM activities that are always scheduled on the same day for the same Craftsperson (example 7 small jobs of 50 minutes) when the PM is generated the Work…
