  1. In an SLS, instead of a satisfaction survey being 2 options: Rating & Notes, let it be a questionnaire. Different questionnaires should be available for various problem types.

  2. Add a filter option in the manage service level agreements task to search for specific checklists.

    This would allow users to search for outdated checklists that need to be removed/replaced

  3. In Maintenance Console when I open a WR that has 3 priority P2, P4 and P5 (with default priority being P2) and I changed its priority from P2 to P5, then in the activities of the WR, I see that I changed the priority from 1 to 3, which are the order of the priorities, not their label.

    It would be better to display the label, e.g. Changed Priority from P2 to P5.

  4. For PMs that need to be completed within the month they are created, there is no way to specify "last day of the month" as the Due Date. Since the number of days in the month varies, some months the 30 day due date works and the date due is the last day, but and in other months, its the 1st of the next month.

  5. Clients are asking for the possibility to print Work request details with pictures attached to the WR. This could be an option for printing WR details to PDF or DOCX

  6. When we proceed with batch in the console or anywhere in the application, there is no confirmation dialog. You can for example batch cancel 200 work requests if you pick up the wrong button by accident (note that cancel is just beside approve).

    This would be a nice safety feature

  8. Use actual equipment photos instead of EQ Std photos in OnSite. Equipment photos not showing on OnSite after scanning QR code - the system is looking for Eq Std photo instead of actual equipment photo attached to the equipment record.

  9. The systems does not validate your records when you go though complex processes. It's critical that the system send some validation messages to the user. Examples:

    • if you forget location on a equipment, assign it to a PM and create a schedule, the PMS will keep a copy of the equipment information inside the pms table and you will keep it for a long time. If your SLA is based on location, it won't work and you won't know
    • if you delete a craft, you loose all the work logs associated to that craft, no messages

  10. Hello Team,

    We are looking to allow the Date to Perform field to be editable. Typically, the field is controlled by a hard-set date in the Service Level Agreement.

    We feel the need to be able to update this manually at times for certain service requests when the need arises. Allowing the flexibility of both keeping the hard set date and the ability to manually adjust when needed.

  11. When there is an error in the document attached to a ticket that has been completed or replaced, the date of the replacement and the history of the comment cannot be viewed on the work order search screen.

    Is it possible to get a similar functionality like, Document Version Screen has the similar function (System --> Archibus Administrators Applicatoin Configuration --> Revisions by Document)

  12. There are a number of very useful Quick Filters and adding one for Work Requested Today would be extremely helpful. Currently a user has to keep updating the filter with a date range becasue there is no option for "Today".

  13. When you have PMs set up, things work fine and the PM WR location matches the EQ location.
    However, if you change the EQ location, it does not change the location on the matching PMS record.
    We would like to see the software cascade this EQ change to the matching PMS record(s).

  15. Can the 'Scheduled Substitutes' task be expanded to enable the ability to schedule a substitution for the Requestor, in the same way we use the tools to substitute Craftspersons?

    That way when 'Requestor A' goes on vacation, we can assign 'Requestor B' as a substitute, so that Requestor B would see all work requests that Requestor A submitted.

  16. There are times when PMs get deferred. Updating the cause code from PM to DPM signifies that the PM has been deferred. Since the work request has a checklist associated with it, it can not be completed or closed because there is a pending step.

    Can a setting be created to allow it to bypass the step waiting for a checklist and allow the work request to be completed? We do not want to cancel the PM’s, just change the cause code and complete them as “Deferred” so reports can be run on how many pm's are getting deferred.

  17. I would like to see a filter option added to the maintenance console that would show only the requests currently assigned to the user logged in. Right now it cumbersome to try and filter only the work requests assigned to you, if you have a supervisor or above access in the maintenance console.

    One other thing, that would be nice, is the ability to have the option to search for only active assignments for an individual craftsperson, so that supervisors can essentially see what the craftspeople see when they log in.

    For example say I have Joe and Bob assigned…

  18. Currently, you can use the Define Holiday Dates task to define the holidays by country and region only.
    In the most of the countries, the holiday dates differ by city, even when the cities are in the same region / province.
    This, it is meaning the user can not applies local holiday dates (holiday dates by city)

    In few words, the city code should be included in Define Holiday Dates task.

  19. PM WR check lists - Allow check list to display and push certain data back to other tables in the databases.

    example

    A location based PM - check an update condition index on multiple eq_id

    Checklist question

    1) inspect and update "eq.ed_id#1" "eq.decription#1" condition. Previous ci "eq#1.ci" type in new ci "checklist ci Field"

    Repeat this for each piece of equipment that you wish to assess.

    when WR Status is complete, update eq.ci from new checklist ci data.

    other examples such as
    1) check and record Residual current device trip time on DB1-RCD1, 2
    2) check and record water meter…

  20. This would be similar to the Maintenance History section in work requests, which shows a history of all work requests placed for that piece of equipment. I would like to see this concept expanded to work requests that don't have equipment codes, where the maintenance history would show the work requests for the room code. This would help reduce the number of requests for the same scope of work.
