  1. There is already a requested enhancement to allow capacity limits by floor rather than building. The added ability to set social distance circles based on a room category/type should also be considered. For example a hard walled office with a capacity of 1 might be smaller in width than the "6 foot" distance. If this occurs, the office and its adjacent office would have red circles. See attached clip.

  4. SaaS clients not happy with output options OOTB from the Space Console.
    The readability is not there.

  6. Update the drawing viewer in Move Scenario Planner to use common drawing control and tools - similar to space console.

    In fact, all drawing viewers should be updated to use a common drawing controller vs. one-offs from each other.

  7. When creating user-defined fields, there are instances where two colors with similar shades are generated for different fields (see attached picture). According to the documentation, the highlight color is chosen randomly. I believe there should be an option to manually adjust these colors in case two very similar ones are used.

  8. Application parameter to control Filters applied on Initial Load of the Space Console for SaaS clients.

    Just as the AbSpaceRoomInventoryBAR-SpaceConsoleDefaultLayers application parameter allows a system administrator to control which layers it's users see by default, it would be beneficial for SaaS users to allow them to set which filters are applied by default for their users.

    For example, if they want to toggle on the 'Selected Floors Only' filter by default, if they don't want to have to spend too much time training casual users of the Space Console.

    Or toggle it on by default if they're doing a lot…

  9. We would like the suite area to display on the Space Console under the Suite name on the Suite label that appears when you select the LAYER titled Labels of Suites. Please see attached screenshot. Thank you

  10. Customers that use numbers for dv/dp and then names for the descriptions are locked into sorting the Division/Department list by the ID. If the ID field is turned off and only the name displays, the list still sorts by the ID, not sorted by name, making it difficult to find the Division/Dept

    Users should be able to sort the data by the name field vs. the ID field

  11. As we have more and more BIM models to integrate in which Building and Floor are concatenated with the Room, the code goes over the limit of CHAR(8).

  12. When an employee is a member of a team and they are offboarded, the team assignment in the the teams table is not updated. Ideally, there should be a connection between the em and teams table that when an employee is offboarded via a move, they are also removed from the team and an date_end is populated.

  13. Version 2022.02 introduced this issue. Select a floorplan to display, switch to another floor or building/floor. The previously displayed floor displays with no highlights before the new floor displays.

    This reflects poorly on the ARCHIBUS software and is confusing to the end user.

  14. Add ability to indicate a display order for floors on the Space Console on the FL table. Currently if a building has a floor 4 and a floor 14, floor 4 will be listed after floor 14 on the floor list.

  15. Improve the floor image panel refresh when loading a new floor in Space Console v2022.2 when a fllor plan is open and highlighted selecting a new BL FL the panel clears the load the previous floor (unhighlighted) before loading the new floor (only slightly annoying but would improve the user experience)

  16. Currently as soon as the user launches a new space chargeback calculation the results of previous calculations are cleared and there is no way of getting them back other than re-launching the chargeback with exactly the same parameters.
    Would it be possible to store in a permanent way such results, so that users will be able to access them over time and perhaps do monitoring/reporting?

  17. When created from the Workplace, the move request is associated to a Service Request. The Service Request follows the Move Request evolution. It opens the possibility to embed steps (notifications, satisfaction survey...) in the process.

    When is created from any else place (e.g. Web Central), it is not associated. The ARCHIBUS behavior is then not similar depending of the origin of the request. It is not consistent.

    The reason why is it interesting to associate the Service Request process, it to have the possibility to define notifications, approvals or other steps on a better and easier way.

  18. In the move Console, when one opens up the details of a group move, there used to be counts of Employees, New Hires, Employees Leaving, Equipment and Furniture but now they are gone. Please bring them back because it was helpful to see if there's data in those tabs.

  19. Currently, a Move Coordinator can be selected from any Employee. This should be limited to a small set of Employees. This could be done by a Security Group or a new flag on the EM table.

    Group Moves' Project Manager has the same problem, but this field should be replaced by Move Coordinator. (Project Manager should only be editable in Project Management.)

  20. When the space users or cloud users go into the background data of space and can get to the 'Define locations' report, they can access the site level data and subsequently edit a point of contact field which is from the contacts table, the only issue is there's no access to modify the list of contacts from the process navigator if only foundations or the Space Module was acquired.
