Reset the activity log ID via Web Central
As an Web Central admin, in order to help with Service Desk reporting, I want to set the Activity Log ID 'prefix' to line up with the current year.

We currently have an issue with unexpected comments in Documents and Activity in the Maintenance console. Seems to be related to an overlap in activity log ids with work request codes. The ability to reset the activity log id via Web Central may resolve our issue.
