Workplace Reservations: Ability to choose different room arrangements
Currently Workplace does not support display/choice of different room arrangements in reservations. Need the ability to choose and view images from the different room arrangements available for a specific room in Workplace.

In Workplace, when viewing multiple room configurations in a large conference room where dividers are used, users need the ability to configure the space into separate rooms for various activities. Currently, the overall reservation for the entire space is set as the default, but the individual sections can’t be booked independently. This feature was scheduled for the 2024.03 release but still isn’t available. Any updates?

Just to make sure it's clear, this is for "Workplace" reservations. This feature is long overdue.

Based on conversations with Eptura tech support, I was expecting this feature in 2024.02. When it wasn't, they confirmed the following:
"1. Yes, I received confirmation that this feature was implemented as a Filter Meeting Spaces by Arrangement type. User can filter on only the default, reservable arrangement type.
2. Regarding your second question, I am not aware on any feature to allow users to select a room arrangement to book on the roadmap in Workplace.
To minimize misunderstandings, I highly advise generating a new user voice that is more specific about the option that the client desires."Following their instructions, I created this additional uservoice suggestion, please help me vote for it: https://spaceiq.uservoice.com/forums/925339-archibus/suggestions/48507335-book-a-specific-room-arrangement

In room reservations, we need the ability to book a specific room arrangement. Currently only the default arrangement shows. Users need the ability to select a specific arrangement for the room when booking (configuration would also be nice), like they can when booking through Web Central. It should display the details of the room arrangement like cost when selected.

We were supposed to roll out Workplace as default for all General Users tomorrow (4/12/24). In the testing, we had to put this feature release on hold due to our conference center not being able to have users select from the ~15 different "configuration" options. We had just migrated to using "configurations" from separate rooms, so we could eliminate room conflicts. Currently, we need to make multiple reservations for the same meeting.
Along with this, I do see the need to edit recurring meetings. The work-around is creating the same meeting multiple times over different days.
I do like the fact that you can now edit a meeting fully - Meeting name, time, attendees.

I was also disappointed to see this feature was not available in v2023.04 as mentioned in previous correspondence with Eptura Tech Support/Business Partner. Workplace / Select by Room arrangement still shows under "What's Next" https://help.archibus.com/user_en/archibus.htm#whats_new2023_4/future.htm
but it would be very beneficial to know when this critical functionality is going to be made available. -

One of my colleagues received this response from Eptura Tech Support in July 2023. "Development is currently planning to implement this functionality in v2023.04 (AD-12500). If it is essential to prioritize this enhancement, please escalate AD-12500 through your Archibus Business Manager." Unfortunately it still doesn't seem to be in v2023.04.

Is this being considered for development?

Agreed - room arrangements are critical. Room configurations would also be very useful.
