View status comments for Made Requests on the Workplace Portal
When viewing the made requests over to the workplace portal, it would be nice to see comments for the request. For example if a ticket submitted was rejected, it doesn't explain why there was a rejection to the end user.
The email notification from the rejection also does not share the comment. But the rejection process done over in the webcentral maintenance console does have an area where you can write a comment so someone is filling that information out. Basically the requestor should know why it was rejected because it was a duplicate or was it because it's too costly to do the request for example? The workplace is an easier interface to view that information rather than the user going into the webcentral side to look up the step history which the comment appears there.

When a customer using Workplace enters a comment can the comment/s have an email notification sent? Can the notification go to either the assigned Work Team or the Assigned Craftsperson? This would make the Work Team and/or Craftsperson aware of the customer comment without have to go to each ticket to find which have comments back from customers.
