    When a customer using Workplace enters a comment can the comment/s have an email notification sent? Can the notification go to either the assigned Work Team or the Assigned Craftsperson? This would make the Work Team and/or Craftsperson aware of the customer comment without have to go to each ticket to find which have comments back from customers.

    Can this option be set by the employee? The employee can opt into or out of the search capabilities across Workplace and WebCentral?
