New Hire Moves - Add as Employee
Add a checkmark for New Hire Moves and when adding New Hires to a group move, to also add them to the employee table.

I've never understood why the New Hire tab doesn't just create a new employee record when the Move is Complete. Customer goes through all the effort to use the NewHire feature and at the end they still have to manually create the employee record anyway.
