Ability to communicate between Outlook and Work Requests
Users would have the ability to provide communication updates bidirectionally to and from Outlook to the Work Request and it would be tracked as a communication log.

I have heard that the latest version of Archibus has additional communications capabilities, some of which touch on this. I don't have any more details than that at this point. We are about to upgrade to that version in the coming months. If I don't come back here and give an update by July of '23, leave a comment asking me for an update and I will tell you what I know after seeing and using it.

In my opinion the basic functionlity would be to be able to add comments (by all parties, requestor, manger, craftperson) to the wr (which is already available) but these comments should generate notifications to the parties (requestor, manager)
Also it would be useful to see these comments from workplace and add new ones
