Support shared allocations and occupancy on Space Console
ARCHIBUS Space users have increasingly relied on the Space Console as their primary interface for space-management tasks and reports. However, the Space Console doesn't support more flexible and complex activity-based working environments as well as older views that were designed for that purpose. The idea that a user must "downgrade" the user experience to handle more complex workflows is confusing and frustrating.
The proposal is to enhance the Space Console to support these specific and oft-required cases:
- Sharing rooms among multiple departments
- Assigning employees to primary and satellite workspaces
- Viewing both permanent and temporary (hoteled) occupancy together
- Sharing rooms among multiple uses (for Education use cases)

Is there are update on the progress of making any of these changes? It has been under review for almost 5 years and the Space Planning and Transactions Console features are still separate.

Add a date range so Hoteling occupancy can be viewed. Satellite offices also important, including creating & editing them in Space Console. Occupancy statistics should include these rmpct records.

It would be GREAT to move the Space Planning Console functions into the Space Console with the ability to toggle on/off the editing of the space transactions.

We are still on 23.2, but it sounds like this has not changed.
Right now we use a two step workflow to update room assignements (Space Edit users only!):
1. Use Space Console to complete room type or dp changes. Used because we see the room in context.
2. Open new tab for define rooms... find the same room id... and complete the rest of the details, including if we have shared rooms.
Could a first step be to allow the define rooms view for the selected room to be opened with an edit button from the Space Console edit view?
