  1. We have an issue when a board meeting is going on. We need to create a floating group for 30 people and assign a QR code to each floating desk. We keep it in the book for users to scan. This is very urgent, as we have a board meeting scheduled for the upcoming week. This security concern is for safety reasons.

    We have around 50 desks in the office, and for the board meeting, so many people are coming to the office or the annual function, we would like to have a command QR code that can scan more…

  2. In regards to "https://condeco.uservoice.com/forums/912481-desk-booking/suggestions/42937590-desk-booking-reminder-email-day-before" and "https://condeco.uservoice.com/forums/912475-mobile/suggestions/40788760-support-for-mobile-app-push-notifications".

    It would be great to receive a push notification the day before you've booked (e.g. 1 p.m. local time) to release the booking, when not needed anymore.
    This would be for "late" bookers, to still get a place.

  3. The Mobile App should display your visitors in the bookings page so you know which day and who your guest are arriving. It would also be great if you were then able to edit or delete those visitors without having to go onto the laptop.

  4. The mobile app currently does not support any warning/pop up message as it does on the web version when clicking into the booking form.

    We use various messages based on the specific room that is clicked, the web version requires an "approve" or "decline" decision based on the message which helps direct users and acknowledge the given action.

    This missing from the Mobile App lets users bypass this completley and they may be booking the room without key information popping up as in the web version of the system.

    I think its key to have the web and mobile app…

  9. Ability to set what type of booking is being made when booking a room from the mobile app. Currently bookings display with a type of "import"

  10. we provision our users in SCIM and log in with SSO. Our company has strict security guidelines and conditional access activated. Use of the condeco app is not possible because there is no sdk app to manage in Intune.

  11. On opening the mobile app, it should say "updating" whilst it waits for details of where you are working. Currently it says "You are working remotely today" and then after 10 or 20 seconds seconds it changes to say "You are working in the office today" ... but most people dont wait 10 seconds .. they just start trying to book a desk

  12. Have other users' presence appear automatically when viewing the floor plan, in addition to simply yours. This would immediately provide a visual representation of attendance in the space.

  13. It would be great to enable the quick search also in the mobile App. Given limited ressources, currently users have to click through the plans to see open personal spaces for booking. It would be easier to change the whole location for open spaces that can be booked in the selected timeslot/day.

  14. Our meeting room groups all have the 'Default Booking Period' to '30 Minutes'. The web app respects these increments. However, the mobile app allows meeting rooms to be booked in 15-minute increments. A further impact is that reception teams are unable to confirm requests that begin or end on '15' or '45'. Condeco has confirmed this issue. The mobile app should respect the default booking period defined in each group.

  16. Single-Day Booking Only - bookings cannot span across multiple days.
    And this function is only applied in the web application but not it the mobile application.
    This creates a big issues for the end users when it comes in booking a meeting spaces.
    This function must be applied in the mobile app.

  17. Currently there is no way to book a desk for someone who does not have Condeco account via mobile, can’t find “is External” in mobile app, can do from desktop. Can I please suggest this feature is added as it will be of great use .

  19. Condeco Magic Auth/QR Code Challenges.
    • QR codes cannot be rendered on our mobile browser as they are not embedded in the email – even if they were, there is no way to scan a QR code on the same device
    • Reliance on a desktop or 2nd device to login – means you need to display the QR code on a desktop to scan it
    • The Log in with Email button does not work as we do not use native Safari browser or native Email clients for security reasons

  20. The topic of mobile application floor plan.

    It is absolutely useful to be able to scale the floor plan exactly as it was before the booking after a booking. If an employee has to work at a branch where he/she has never been before, he/she does not know his/her way around and has to search for the exact location of the workstation. To properly orient myself, it would make sense to see the complete floor plan and then potentially rescale it if necessary. The strange thing about this is that it used to be possible. So it was programmed out.…
