Full admin acces in app or in mobile browser
Can there be a mobile app or mobile browser support for administrators in Condeco? I.e. receptionist need to view the full booking grid, manage bookings, transfer bookings, run reports and manage visitors.

Desk Booking mobile app to have booking grid so, we can see more than one user when we search who booked a desk.

Mobile app Need to have options of adding attendees which can involve either meeting room/or attendees email address.
With Mobile App for Room booking solution there should be an enhancement in the UI where it should have another option for inviting meeting room or attendees via there email address.

Show desktop attributes (monitors) in the mobile app.
It would be very useful to show if the desk has 1 or 2 monitors or if the desk has no monitors.

Make room name more visible on mobile app calendar view
On the new unified mobile app when trying to book a meeting space and selecting calendar view the room name only allows for about 8 chars to be visible. Where room names are e.g. COL Room 1, COL Room 2 it means you can't see what room number you are booking. Other than renaming our rooms can this be improved somehow?

iPad Support
Full support of the iPad for use with the Condeco app. The Apple App Store indicates it is fully supported, along with screenshots, however it appears not to be supported.
There are minor bugs in the app - changing your status on the home screen crashes the app, otherwise it appears to function well.

Mobile app for vendors workflow - vendor dashboard as mobile app
Would be nice if there´s a mobile app (iOS & Android) which is especially made for vendors workflow management, basically just the vendor dashboard as a mobile app.
This would speed up the process of the booking workflow.

Mobile Desk Booking to support Microsoft Edge
The app uses Chrome tabs to launch the Mobile desk booking app and our request is- is there a scope of developing an app which uses Microsoft Edge browser to launch Desk and Room Booking.
If Chrome is not installed on users mobile it will not launch as of now.

Geolocation - enable for all offices rather than just default office
At the moment the geolocation automatic check-in functionality only works in a users default office location. With being a business that operates over 3 offices and our employees regularly visiting the other offices, to have the geolocation automatic check-in functionality work in other offices would be ideal.

Can the URL page be remembered and hidden in the mobile app? This way there will be less clicks when the users have to re-login on the mobile app.

Advanced Grid on mobile app
As an admin, when I am not in front of my computer I cannot look at the advanced grid or perform and admin tasks. We were led to believe this capability was going to be in the first release of the app when we first signed on but are still waiting. This is a crucial aspect for our usability on a daily basis.

It would be nice to be able to access the Meeting Spaces Booking Grid on the mobile app. Our Facilities department would like to see what meeting is in which room, the number of attendees, room configuration, notes, and host name when they are away from their laptops. Thank you.

Fix mobile app font size handling
The fonts on the mobile app (iOS) is not set up to be fully scalable. So when a user sets a Text Size (e.g. larger text for ease of reading) some of the text no longer displays properly. The mobile app should cope with scaling and not force a user to set a text size specific for using the Condeco app.

On opening the mobile app, it should say "updating" whilst it waits for details of where you are working
On opening the mobile app, it should say "updating" whilst it waits for details of where you are working. Currently it says "You are working remotely today" and then after 10 or 20 seconds seconds it changes to say "You are working in the office today" ... but most people dont wait 10 seconds .. they just start trying to book a desk

Book for external users on Mobile app
Currently there is no way to book a desk for someone who does not have Condeco account via mobile, can’t find “is External” in mobile app, can do from desktop. Can I please suggest this feature is added as it will be of great use .

It would be nice if on the App it could remember your previous desk booking, or you can set a desk preference
