  1. Full admin acces in app or in mobile browser

    Can there be a mobile app or mobile browser support for administrators in Condeco? I.e. receptionist need to view the full booking grid, manage bookings, transfer bookings, run reports and manage visitors.

  2. Login with Azure SSO app

    Allow the app to login using Azure SSO with user and device based authentication. This could be done directly through the Azure SSO app or using the Edge browser. The setting could be controlled by an admin with an app configuration policy that could also include the Condeco URL. This would allow for a few seamless user experience and a more secure login.

  3. Mobile app grey scale

    The results list when viewing desks booked for a colleague or future bookings is all grey scale. This makes it difficult to quickly identify days, or bookings - is if possible to add some color to this or look at the design to make this more visible rather than the all grey view as it is.

  4. Deep linking to pull up the mobile apps

    Rogers Communication would like the ability to use a campus app. When the end user is in the campus app and selects book a desk, they would like for the Desk App to be opened.

    This allows users to only have to worry about using the campus app and not the 10 plus apps used by the client.

  6. Meeting ending reminder (notification) and option to extend meeting or search for nearby room is no option to extend

    Connect mobile app had this. Can we bring this functionality to the enterprise app.

  7. Can we enable support for containerizing the mobile app by supporting key value pairs for software like Blackberry UEM?

    I would like to manage the deployment of the Condeco mobile apps by using UEM. Specifically, we use Blackberry UEM and we need the Condeco app to support key value pairs to help customize the app within our private store for employees.

  9. Ignore Room Capacity on mobile app

    Meeting rooms are currently subject to a reduced capacity due to Covid. In Global Setup - Room Booking we have the 'Ignore Room Capacity' option set to True. This is so that when searching for a room via Outlook users can still invite e.g. 10 people even though most rooms can currently only take 5 people, the remaining attendees will join the meeting via Teams.
    In the web application this works fine - searches return all rooms.
    But in the mobile app the room capacity is still applied to search results.
    Can the mobile app also be set to ignore…

  10. URL page on mobile app

    Can the URL page be remembered and hidden in the mobile app? This way there will be less clicks when the users have to re-login on the mobile app.

  13. Mobile app for vendors workflow - vendor dashboard as mobile app

    Would be nice if there´s a mobile app (iOS & Android) which is especially made for vendors workflow management, basically just the vendor dashboard as a mobile app.

    This would speed up the process of the booking workflow.

  14. Mobile Desk Booking to support Microsoft Edge

    The app uses Chrome tabs to launch the Mobile desk booking app and our request is- is there a scope of developing an app which uses Microsoft Edge browser to launch Desk and Room Booking.

    If Chrome is not installed on users mobile it will not launch as of now.

  15. Advanced Grid on mobile app

    As an admin, when I am not in front of my computer I cannot look at the advanced grid or perform and admin tasks. We were led to believe this capability was going to be in the first release of the app when we first signed on but are still waiting. This is a crucial aspect for our usability on a daily basis.
