Regarding the notes of watchlist and modifying the user rights for watchlist
This is regarding the watchlist alert which shows on the dashboard and the user rights related to the watchlist.
1.) Client have requested for the feature to be added on the visitor dashboard for the watchlist alerts, where the notes of the watchlist should also be visible on the dasboard too as of now it is only visible in the watchlist alerts email.
2.) There should be modification in the user rights for the watchlist, where right to view and manage the watchlist should be separated, means the ability to delete the enteries in the watchlist should be a separate…

excess data
Over time, the data storage for Proxyclick/Eptura Visitor grows too large to download other data or update iOS. As a workaround, our company deletes and redownloads the app to refresh the data back to a satisfactory size. In doing this, our IT has to provide a unique code every time this is done. We ask that a feature be added to offload excess data so that iPad storage is unaffected and is able to download data from other sources and update easily.

Post-Visit Visitor Entry Based on User Rights
Recommend enhancing the Proxyclick visitor management system by adding a feature that allows designated users—based on configurable access rights—to manually input visitor records after a visit has occurred. This functionality would be particularly beneficial in scenarios where the system was temporarily offline or when a paper log was used due to operational constraints.
By enabling post-visit entry, organizations can maintain accurate historical records and ensure comprehensive visitor tracking, even when real-time check-ins were not possible. This feature should include fields for visit date/time, host, purpose, and any security compliance steps completed, and should be clearly flagged as a retrospective entry…

Include Integration for E2Open for Background screening in addition to MKDenial and Visual Compliance
If an Integration for E2Open was possible it would give more choices for companies to choose from for background screening & could possibly lead to more business for Eptura for companies which presently use E2Open already which may be the only reason they have chosen not to pull the trigger on a ProxyClick implementation.

self-sign in option - no contact list restrictions
The ability to self-register or sign-in as a visitor. Which would include an added button on the main screen "New visitor"/ "One-time visit" /"Single sign-In". Pop-up keyboard for single visitor input. name, company, and email entry options. *Selecting staff should be restricted for the purpose of organization privacy. staff or visit selection can be under permissions of reception instead so proper assignment is secured and safe, when and if the visit is continues into assignment.

Clean NDA's after X amounts of time
When NDAs are signed on the iPad, they are saved locally indefinitely, causing the iPad's storage to fill up and the device to malfunction. Additionally, no iOS updates can be performed. The only solution is to reinstall the app to wipe the data, which is extremely inconvenient.

Print guest wi-fi credentials
As we often face issue into receiving guest wi-fi credentials (lack of 4g, visitors with no roaming capabilities) , we would like to have the option to print such credentials. Ideally using the badge printer to produce a second printout with creds.

Improving Video Viewing Efficiency in Remote Registration
Currently, the remote registration process allows visitors to watch an informational video, but there is no way to track if they have already seen it. As a result, they must rewatch the video each time they register, even if they have viewed it recently.
A more efficient solution would be to store the video completion status in a system similar to a file history. This way, if a visitor has already watched the video within a set timeframe (e.g., three months), they would not be required to watch it again. Implementing this feature would enhance user experience and streamline the…

Enhancing Remote Registration with Visitor-Specific Workflows
Having distinct remote registration workflows for different visitor types would greatly improve the process. Currently, visitors must manually select their category, and if they choose the wrong one, they may fail to submit all the required documents. Automating this selection or refining the process would help ensure that each visitor provides the necessary information.

Automating Document Expiry Validation in Remote Registration
When a document with an expiration date is submitted during the remote registration process, an AI could automatically extract the date and verify its validity. If the document is still valid, the system should save the expiration date to the visitor's profile, eliminating the need for resubmission until it expires. If the document is expired they can try to upload a new document or sent an email to the host that they have an expired document.

The ability to have visitors that haven't finishend the remote registration on pending in the logbook
When we send the remote registration email, visitors are marked as "Expected" in the logbook, even if they haven't completed the remote registration. While this isn't an issue for regular visitors, it can be problematic for contractors who need to submit specific documents.
It would be extremely useful to receive a notification for these types of visitors if they try to check in at a kiosk or a day before the visit, alerting us that they haven't completed the remote registration and haven't submitted all the required documents.
