Improving Video Viewing Efficiency in Remote Registration
Currently, the remote registration process allows visitors to watch an informational video, but there is no way to track if they have already seen it. As a result, they must rewatch the video each time they register, even if they have viewed it recently.

Automating Document Expiry Validation in Remote Registration
When a document with an expiration date is submitted during the remote registration process, an AI could automatically extract the date and verify its validity. The ability to have visitors that haven't finishend the remote registration on pending in the logbook
When we send the remote registration email, visitors are marked as "Expected" in the logbook, even if they haven't completed the remote registration. While this isn't an issue for regular visitors, it can be problematic for contractors who need to submit specific documents.
It would be extremely useful to receive a notification for these types of visitors if they try to check in at a kiosk or a day before the visit, alerting us that they haven't completed the remote registration and haven't submitted all the required documents.
