1. Regarding the notes of watchlist and modifying the user rights for watchlist

   This is regarding the watchlist alert which shows on the dashboard and the user rights related to the watchlist.

   1.) Client have requested for the feature to be added on the visitor dashboard for the watchlist alerts, where the notes of the watchlist should also be visible on the dasboard too as of now it is only visible in the watchlist alerts email.

   2.) There should be modification in the user rights for the watchlist, where right to view and manage the watchlist should be separated, means the ability to delete the enteries in the watchlist should be a separate right, so that users can give rights according to their requirement of viewing and deleting the enteries in the watchlist.
