Programable Booking Paterns
Ability to program hoteling desks to be available to certain departments/workplace groups on certain days. i.e A day groups and B day groups. This could be tied to a calendar and be mass imported to specific buildings and floors.

Allow admins to restrict hotel bookings for HOLIDAYS or SHUTDOWN or MAINTENANCE periods.
