  1. This might already be a suggestion, but it would be great to have your desk bookings show up in outlook as an "all day event" on the days you booked a seat via Engage. This way as you are planning your calendar in Outlook, you can see that you have already booked a desk.

    After you have made a desk reservation, Engage sends out Engage Reservation email that includes an ICS file for the booking time.

  2. As an admin, I'd like to ask employees at fixed locations to reserve and check-in to their desks so that I know they're planning to come into the office and that they did come into the office - important for back2work.

    This would work by allowing Assigned Desks to be "Reservable" and setting the booking rule to "Assigned Occupants"

    An enhancement has been delivered to Engage which gives further flexibility on how spaces can be booked and which spaces staff can book, including to allow staff assigned to desks to book the desk they are assigned to.

  3. When booking/reserving a desk using Engage, create a function that automatically blocks surrounding/adjacent desks that are NOT 6-feet apart.

    BookSafe has been developed and used by many Engage clients. Thank you for the suggestion.

  4. Could an email be generated confirming my reservation? It would be helpful to receive an email confirming which seats have been reserved or canceled. Currently users only know that the reservation was made or canceled is to go into My Bookings.

  5. Client feedback logged 04/01/20:

    "Ability to autogenerate reservation/ hoteling notification emails (e.g. booking confirmation, instructions)"

    Current Workaround: None.

    Additional Information: Allow users to configure templates per each building/floor/neighborhood/space. For advance booking, allow users to define timers for emails (IE send email X hours/days before booking is scheduled to start).

  7. Ability to book a whole pod of desks in one booking as opposed to individually booking the desks

  8. As an employee, I'd like to book either a meeting or working space in the future, specifying the date/time needed.

    I'd also like to be able to search for other employees based on their current booking.

  10. In support of RTW, temporarily limit desk booking to "all-day" only, rather than specific time. This avoids different people at same desk on a given day, with no cleaning between bookings, if we only do night-time cleaning of booked/used desks as reported.

    Engage now defaults to having all day reservations for desks. Spaces remain unchanged.

    In a future release, Administrators will be able to toggle between all day reservations or hourly.

  11. Right now, the acknowledgement language is only set at a global level, meaning all buildings have the same acknowledgement language when a booking is made.

    There is a need for the acknowledgement language to be custom at the building level.

  12. It would be excellent if there was a pop-up feature where you can display a mandatory message before users could reserve desks or do anything else i.e. It would display if you are exhibiting any signs of COVID, please do not book or, there are site awareness considerations before visiting or even site closure or app updates

  14. Is there a way to limit a users credentials for reserving seats to a floor? We notice JOHN DOE is booking 2 seats on one floor. This is taking a seat from someone who may need a potential seat.

    In Engage, you can limit the number of concurrent bookings an employee can make.

    For instance if it is set to one, John can make multiple bookings but their start and end times cannot overlap.

    Engage displays the floorplan based on the selected time, using the time and date selector at the top of your screen.
