Centralized check-in in Engage
We would like to have the ability to enable a centralized check-in process. In addition to allowing users to check themselves in for a desk, it would be great if a receptionist or security could "check-in" reservations in Engage. This would help us enforce COVID safety protocols, as well as reservation procedures.

Needed for new starters and particularly useful for busy office environements where other staff will come in and book over the top of a desk that appears to be available but cannot be checked into as the occipant does not yet have access to the system.

As an admin, it would be beneficial to be able to 'check-in' for staff that i have made bookings on behalf of. We have external agencies that visit our offices that we can book desks for, but who cannot access engage. It would be helpful if we could check-in to their desks for them so that our data remains accurate.
It would also be helpful for newstarters who dont have their access set up on their first day or two.
