Report 22 (floorplan block) labels overlap if they are too close or too large instead of dynamically adjusting to fit the area.

Report - Neighbourhood summary
In the same way Serraview out of box reports have - Report #1 Building, Report #2 Floor, it would be great to have a report on Neighbourhood. an easy to use report that shows Column, building, Column floor, column neighbourhood column workpoint total, column people total. As a business engagement person, and a space planner it would be able to quicklly and easily assess neighbourhoods to identify quick opportunities.

Create a Report to show Workplace Retention Notes
Request to create a report (Excel) to show Retention Notes from the Workplace or VBS modules. There is an existing report (Workpoints) that shows Comments added in VBS, but we are requesting to add the Retention Notes also.

Enhanced Plotting/Printing from Space Viewer or Space mapping
Serraview's Space viewer and Space mapping modules are great tools to quickly visualize space with highlights and labels however, i've noticed that it's not great when Plotting/Printing out these view or hightlights.
Yes there are reports and quick reports that allow to print to PDF and physically print but, with limitations.
I manage space for some Large bldgs and when I want to plot to a large size of paper (ARCH D, E), there's currently not a good way to do this, in Serraview.
I've tried work arounds but the labels, legends, and space are either too small or too…5 votes -
Sort Favorite / Favourite Reports by Report Number
As a SV user,
I would like favorited (starred) reports to automatically be sorted by report number
So that I can more easily find the report I'm looking for.Currently, the reports are ordered chronologically, according to when you added the report to the favorites list. You have to click on the ID column to sort by number.

Request using International Standard Time Zone abbreviations for Reports
Request using International Standard Time Zone abbreviations (EST, MST, PST, etc)., for any Reports that include Start Time Zone and End Time Zone, instead of using a city that resides within the time zone, but isn't necessarily a valid location for the organization. For example, using EST (for Eastern Standard Time) instead of America/Toronto (per attached).

Have shortcut link to key dashboards available on the serraview home page, and the ability to assign different reports to different user roles (so execs can easily find key reports for example)

Insights Idle Time to be Extended
Current Insights idle time is much less than SV (15 min); this creates a challenge when you're running reports or analyzing multiple sources of data, then Insights logs you off, only to have to start over again with your filters, etc.

Basics - Inventory Dashboard
As a Space Planner I want a simple dashboard of my current space inventory so that know what space we've got and can tell my executive about it.
It should include:
- # locations (leaf level regions or cities)
- # buildings
- # floors
- # Workpoints
- # Collaborative Spaces (Seats > 0)
- # RSF
- # USF
- total cost
- average cost/WP
- average cost/SF
- average USF/WPThis dashboard should:
a. make it easy to see high level metrics, and then drill down to see more details.

Expand "Report generated..."
Certain reports in Serraview are generated with a "Report generated [insert date]" subheading.
This is incredibly useful for referencing older reports, however what the line does not tell reveal is whether that report was generated against 'Current Data' at the time, or against a 'Snapshot.' This is critical information to know.
I would love to see this additional data added to the field.

Building Stack graph against multiple buildings
Report 46 is a great report detailing my team stacks against each building.
1 - Can we rebuild this report in Insights?

Add a sustainability metric to the dashboard along with other space metrics
Provide a sustainability metric, i.e. energy cost savings and/or other relevant ESG metric, in dashboard for scenario planning, VBS, etc. to show impact when reduce footprint/adapt floor plans for peak utilization. This may be an opportunity for integration with Eptura Asset but not certain.
