  1. Color of floorplan & legend consistency needed

    When looking at the colors of the floorplan vs the legend, they are NOT the same color. Nor are either of them the actual assigned color of the space type.

    There appears to be an Opacity or Transparency value used when displaying the floorplan and legend. Again, the floorplan and legend color values are different, so they are NOT using the same transparency value from the original color.

    I would like to suggest that if Serraview is going to NOT use the provided color for the space types, then to at least use the same transparency value for both of…

  2. Assets information from spaces search bar

    It would be really helpful if you could see assets (lockers/storage/parking) assigned to a person when searching for their name in the spaces module.
    This was available in an older version of Serraview, and would show locker information in the red box (picture attached) right next to their name.

  4. Add names to the Space Report in Quick Reports

    Hi - the Space Report in Quick Reports is much improved. Just one more thing needs to be added. Please look at adding names to the report, or add an additional Quick Report that also includes names.

  5. Custom Desk Renumbering Tool

    Can we have the ability to change the number format on the renumbering tool. Formats highly used in our company as [Location].[Floor No.].[001] eg. LON.05.001
    The tool is helpful for bulk updates however when can't use custom numbering we still have to send an update through the support team or name each desk individually

  6. Allow Workpoint import to change by ID

    Workpoint imports use the Workpoint name to determine which space needs to updating. However, Workspace types cannot be updated with an import because it's not a unique name.
    Using the ID (like Team imports do) would allow these to be updated.

    At least one client wants to rename these Workspaces, but it is not possible to do so in bulk.

  7. Simplify the Adding and removing of Workpoints

    Simplify the Adding and removing of Workpoints with a single click. To many steps for one offs, theres times a work point needs to be either added or removed on the fly.
