In VBS there in many instances we allocate work points at a hood level, and the hood has a number of sub-teams below. This is because there are multiple validators for the sub-teams and we like to be able to see this level of detail in the VBS. For this reason, work points currently need to be manually allocated to the sub-teams below a hood which can be tedious. In 2018, when we still had our instance of Serraview in pilot mode preparing to roll out to the business, we worked with Serraview to implement an upgrade to our platform whereby the system had a calculation in the back end that pushed through our VBS once per day to update the sub-teams allocation based on the hood share ratio and the total work point points.

When we finally rolled SV out to the Business in 2019, we initially didn't start using hoods, just teams. So this calculation was not required and somewhere along the way has been removed. This functionality would be extremely valuable now and would make our Serraview processes far more efficient and user friendly.
