Service Request View for Default Users
Default users have access to Service Requests so they can submit requests; however, the provides them the option to see ALL submitted requests. We need an option to customize permissions for default users so they can only see requests they have submitted, as confidential information may be included in these requests. Even if not confidential, default users should not have access to move requests for an entire company.

This still continues to be an issue where our clients can create a new request but cannot edit their own request. They receive an email when there is an update but cannot access them (unless we change permissions and they see everyone's request, which we do not want). This is something that other C&W accounts also have an issue with.

The would be immensely useful for my workflow. It would be ideal if users received an email with a link that takes them to the most updated comments/status of the request instead of having to email them manually if I need to add detail to the request (ie. actions required by the requestor) before I can close it out. At the moment requestors receive an email with a link they cannot access as it would give them access to the requests of the entire company (as mentioned by Alison).
