In the previous version we could "Synchonize the Administrators file" which made any changes to Users access immediate (now under the Workplace Admin screen).
Nowadays it takes hours - usually overnight for any changes to come into effect. We have our EA's update Serraview and when they report an access issue they are "in the mode" to update Serraview, but now they have to wait overnight and may not have the same enthusiasm, or time, the following morning. Ultimately the delay affects our Serraview accuracy so a button or a link to enable us to force these changes through would be a huge help.
