Bulk Update Retention Status Comments
You can currently perform an Occupancy Import to Bulk Update Retention Statuses. It would be great to also have the ability to update Retention Status Comments in either this same import or via the Bulk Update tool.

I need to be able to bulk update Retention Status's especially since every time these workpoints are reallocated they lose any Retention Status setting s that may have been there already. In 2.66 you could select a team - sort that team by location - this listing all workpoints without an occupant to the top, then simply select these ones and bulk apply a Retention status - eg. Vacant.
In 3.0 these workpoints all have to be updated manually one at a time.
The Bulk Update option under the Admin menu does not allow you to update Retention Status's.
