Floorplan Export Text in Space Type and Name Layers
As a user in charge of mapping,
I would like to export floorplans in a format that allows me to re-import them to Serraview without having to make additional changes.
This includes text for space types and space names being confined to stay within the corresponding polylines.
Currently, exporting floorplans results in larger text that overlaps polyline boundaries, and, as such, prevents the file from being imported until the text is manually adjusted. Please see the attached example.

The size of the text is still too large. It seems like there are two grips on the text in CAD and Serraview must be using the center grip for where the text is in the polyline. But, the drawings look very messy as the screenshot shows from the original request. It is hard to use the CAD files to visually see the text on the drawing.

Our company is frequently reconfiguring spaces. Having to realign and size text almost every time we update a SV floorplan is time consuming and is reducing our productivity in addition to being extremely frustrating. I wish this issue could be escalated.

If its possible to export the text as a center type justification then this should help greatly with the text size. The size of text itself is not the issue, the location of the insertion point is. By changing the default export to be a center justified text then as long as that center point is within the polyline and the text labels are not being generated outside of the polylines completely (as in an L shape polyline text is generated in the center of all the vertices and therefore outside the polyline) it should fix the issue

i agree, this overlapping creates errors and the need to correct, move and reload. this takes alot of time.
