Option to Disable Automatic Emails
As a System Administrator
I would like the ability to turn on/off automated Service Request emails
So that employees won't get confused if end users do not have Serraview access.

We would like to have an option to turn off all automatic emails sent when a user access changes. For example, anytime a new location is added to a Validator, they receive an email. If assigning them 5 teams, they will receive 5 emails. We would like to be able to control when users are being sent emails and be able to track them in the email outbox. (Currently automatic emails do not show up in the outbox).
