Industry has taught us that people respond to visual aids (colour) before reading text.
Creating the option to add colour/boxes/images to an email will create positive behavioural changes.

Currently there is no way to customize Engage emails in Serraview. It would be nice to be able to add images and customize font and font colors.
This can be achieved by either adding a selector on the email template editor or if the email templates could be written in HTML. -

One specification would be to change the header in the Engage Reservation emails to make the words "Serraview Workplace Management" to either be configurable or change it to "Engage Reservation" to differentiate the email and application between Serraview emails and Engage Emails

Prior to 3.0, emails could be templated in a way that solely used client branding. With 3.0, emails are now output with a large border that is Serraview branded. The bottom of emails now lists:
Serraview, Inc.
2 Wall Street
New York, NY 10005
1 800 903 3716
www.serraview.com
© 2019 Serrview, Inc.
You are receiving this email because you opted in on our website.Especially for non-US clients, this could be confusing for recipients of emails, and detracts from clients' ability to use their own branding in emails.

To personalise emails further and bring it in line with our internal templates, it will be great to be able to add headers to email templates, similar to how we add pictures in current emails templates using HTML codes.
