Lock Workplace Temporarily

"Can you please work out a way to turn off Workplace.
We need to stop validators from being able to make changes in workplace. But we don’t want to change validators profiles, so when we’re ready to go back to a normal way of working we don’t have to work out who looked after who."

A current workaround for this to hide validators from editing is to untick buildings/floors when editing 'Show My Workplace' this will not allow validators to see these floors therefore not being able to change/edit, a help site article regarding Showing or hiding options are here:
