Scenario: When clicking 'Refresh From Live' (and selecting 'based on occupant'), all the person's other locations are added to BOS as new rows. The user leaves one of those rows without a To Location.

Currrent functionality: All moves will be implemented except rows that don't have a To Location.

Suggestion: If a To Location isn’t set, give the user the option to 'Remove all BOS occupants from desks if they have no To Location' (not sure what the button should say), or to 'Ignore rows', or to 'Cancel' (i.e. don't implement; the user might want to bulk update some to remove and others to ignore).
