  1. Create a parameter, for OnSite app. to track the position of the Craftsperson.

    Create a parameter, for OnSite app. to track the position of the Craftsperson.
    This will help the Dispatcher to dispatch the most closer to Incident Craftsperson available.
    Integration with GIS (Esri, Google...) will make this easy to present.
    If parameter is 1 Archibus receive coordinates from OnSite if 0 no coordinates are sent.
    Onsite may show on GIS the position as well.

  2. Support viewing external work orders on map in Onsite

    Today a person can create an external ticket by entering a lat/lon instead of a building/floor/room. If the ticket is worked in Onsite, the craftsperson cannot view where the work order can be found.
